1. Preamble :
The "Flamingo Colis" site is published and operated by Flamingo Colis. These conditions apply to all sales made on the site, to the exclusion of all other conditions, except with our prior written agreement.

2. Products :
The products offered for sale are those described on the "Flamingo Colis" site on the day the user consults the site. These products are offered while stocks last. Photos are not contractual.

3. Awards :
Prices are given in euros (€) and include VAT. They include the VAT applicable on the day of the order.

4. How to order :
The user places his order online. The sale will not be considered final until confirmation of acceptance of the order has been sent to the user by e-mail and the full price has been received.

5. Terms of payment :
Payment is due in full once the order has been confirmed. Payment can only be made by bank transfer.

6. Delivery :

• Packages under 35 Kg : Shipped via DHL approximately 7 to 8 days after your order. Delivery to your home or to a relay point according to your preference. Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days.

• Packages over 35 Kg : Shipped on pallet. Delivery in front of your home. Estimated delivery time 2 to 4 working days, following shipment approximately 6 to 8 days after your order.

7. Returns and refunds :
Given the unique nature of products (lost parcels), no product returns are possible, except if the parcel arrives already damaged or if the product does not work. In these cases, the user must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt.

8. Liability :
Flamingo Colis may not be held liable in the event of non-performance of the contract due to force majeure (strike, fire, flood, etc.).

9. Intellectual property :
All elements of the "Flamingo Colis" site are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.

10. Dispute resolution :
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general terms and conditions of sale shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

11. Acceptance of conditions :
The purchase of a product on the "Flamingo Colis" website implies the user's acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
